Our response to COVID-19

Hello! We hope you and your loved ones are staying safe and holding up well.

Every day, we’re adjusting and finding ways to ensure the highest (and safest) possible customer experience for you in the midst of the pandemic.

Below is an update on our operations, and what they might mean for you:

First, our online store remains active for you to shop from the comfort of your home. You may browse the website and place an order anytime. (we've just added lots of new arrivals, btw)

Second, All online orders are continuously fulfilled, and shipped with packages dispatched on a weekly basis, instead of daily. Rest assured we’ll get your order to you as quickly as we can and we’ll notify you via email once your package has been handed to the courier.

Third, cash on delivery (COD) is temporarily unavailable from the list of payment methods. You can pay using GCASH, online bank transfer, credit card or over the counter bank deposit.
