Track Your Package

Once your parcel has been handed to the courier, you will receive a Shipping Update email containing your tracking / reference number.

Simply enter the reference number on the JRS website, to check the status of your shipment.

If any issue occurs in transit, please contact the courier directly so you can provide them with further details and directions / instructions.
